EXCHANGES AND RETURNS


1. Upon signing for the goods to be in compliance, the customer accepts the delivery to his/her full satisfaction.
2. However, if the customer observes defects or damages in the goods received, he/she must immediately report it via email or telephone.
3. They will evaluate the problem and if the delivery is local, it will be collected. If it is a foreign delivery, the shipping freight will be the customer's responsibility, and the immediate change will be made at no charge to the customer.
4. In foreign services, any transfer of goods will be the customer's responsibility.
5. All transactions made through Paypal, VISA and Master Card generate a commission that is not the responsibility of ARTELINEA, so if the order is cancelled by the customer or by ARTELINEA, said 5% commission managed will not be refundable.
