Shipping policy
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND ARE AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
1. Shipments within Mexico City have a cost of $70.00 MX. (4-6 business days).
2. Shipments to the State of Mexico have a cost of $200.00 MX. (6-8 business days).
3. Shipments to the rest of the Mexican Republic have a cost of $400.00 MX. (6-10 business days).
4. The shipment will be made by national parcel service to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase, which must be correct including street, exterior and interior number, neighborhood, postal code, city, state, telephone number and email.
5. The package will be placed in the parcel service within an estimated time of 72 hours after the purchase made online.
6. Once the order has been delivered to the courier, the user will be provided with the tracking number, as well as the telephone number of the company in charge of freight. It will be the user's responsibility to contact the transport company to receive information on the estimated delivery date. (In the event that the courier suffers any setback, ARTELINEA will not be responsible for the delay of the courier).
