PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND ARE AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

1. In order to place a firm order, payment must be authorized by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS OR PAYPAL and the confirmation of the purchase must be sent to your email once the transaction is completed on our portal. We ask that you check your "spam" folder, as the response may sometimes be directed to that folder.
2. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly enter personal data and the address to which the product will be sent when registering in the system. ARTELINEA is not responsible if the data is incorrect and the product is lost.
3. It is the customer's responsibility to contact our facilities either by email or by phone if they require any changes to their order or special specifications that have not been mentioned in the system.
4. Once the order is placed, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time. This information will be notified to you on our portal.
5. When the order is delivered to the shipping company, you will be provided with the guide number, as well as the telephone number of the company in charge of freight. It will be the customer's responsibility to contact the transport company to receive information on the estimated delivery date. (In the event that the shipping company suffers any setback, ARTELINEA will not be responsible for the delay of the shipping company).
6. Upon receiving the order at home, it is the customer's responsibility to verify that the product is in good condition before signing in compliance.
7. The colors and textures shown on the portal may differ, the colors may vary from monitor to monitor, so ARTELINEA is not responsible for these differences in tones and textures.
8. If you require an invoice, you must request it once the order has been placed by email or WhatsApp with all the complete data. If you do not request it within 48 hours of your purchase being made, it will be invoiced to the general public.
